He studied business information systems at the University of Applied Sciences Hof. He started his career in 2003 at BioID GmbH with the development of biometric algorithms. In 2004 he changed to 3Soft, later Elektrobit, where he worked in the areas of medical technology, navigation and driver assistance. In recent years he has focused on Functional Safety and Machine Learning.
He joined exida.com GmbH in 2017, where he concentrates on machine learning for safe autonomous driving.
