Christian Farnleitner

Mr. Farnleitner joined IC Development GmbH by January 1st 2016 as managing director. He is highly skilled in acquiring and developing real estate projects, building strong relationships with local partners and market monitoring.
He began his career in 1984 at a local savings bank. From thereon he gained experience in the fields of Real Estate Project Development, Real Estate Asset Management, Property Management and Real Estate Consulting Services in various management positions in international companies, e.g. CA Leasing GmbH and Immorent AG. Christian has also teaching assignments at Danube University Krems and at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. He lives in Vienna.
