Since I have started working at Raiffeisen Bank Romania in 2004 as a Management Trainee, I have changed several roles within the Risk Management Area, from assessing single deals to recovery / restructuring of bad loans to portfolio management (incl. regulatory considerations, risk costs management and the implementation of the latest steering measures steaming from the ESG dimension).
Since 2010 working at RBI Vienna first focusing on the recovery and restructuring of bad loans for the corporate segment, and taking responsibility for the portfolios of several units in the Balkan region. As a second step changing to Portfolio management and thus having the overview on the entire portfolio
Last but not least since the beginning of 2020 mainly responsible for the development of measures and actions leading to the implementation of ESG related topics across the risk area.
