René Anour

After attaining his veterinary degree, René Anour started his doctoral studies at the Institute
of Pathophysiology at the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna where his research was focused on bone and mineral homeostasis. After graduation he was invited as a visiting scientist to Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston, where he continued his research.
Since 2011 he is working as a clinical assessor for the Austrian Federal Office for Safety in Health Care and as a clinical expert to the European Medicine Agency. He is involved in the clinical assessment of scientific advices, marketing authorisation applications and life-cycle processes with a focus on biosimilar medicines.
