Roland Kropf

Until very recently Roland acted as CIO for Corporate and Real Estate for Erste Group. His responsibility incorporated both run-the-bank functions as well as the change-the-bank agenda for Corproate customers and their products. In addition the innovation agenda for the corporate and markets business was owned by Roland.
In his first role at Erste Roland was acting as chief of staff for the Corporate Holding Board member of Erste Group.
Before joining Erste Group he acted for half a dozen of years as Head of Projects at Unicredit Group in Germany and contributing more than a decade as consultant at Accenture. His educational basis he gained in his business administration studies in Austria and economics studies in Germany.
